Your home-buying and relocation benefit
Your employer or organization offers Pointe Advantage as a benefit. Register with your work email, and we’ll introduce you to a vetted partner agent where you’re buying or selling, stay on your file through closing, and 20% of your agent’s commission comes back to you as cash back. That’s twice what people receive on their own.
Example: on a $500,000 home with a 3% commission ($15,000), 20% is $3,000. Illustrative; commissions are negotiable. Subject to lender approval and state law; not available in every state (see disclosures).

Register with your work email
Register before you contact an agent. Already in an agency relationship with another agent for this move (usually a signed agency relationship disclosure)? You risk not receiving the Pointe Advantage benefit, and we won’t ask you to leave that agent.
What your organization sees
Your organization is notified when you register and can remove your registration from its program, for example if you're not one of its people. In its Pointe Advantage portal, your organization's program contacts can see your name and contact details; whether you're buying or selling, where you live now and the area you're moving to; your timeline and price range; your progress (for example, under contract or closed) and expected closing date; your partner agent's name; updates that Pointe Advantage and your partner agent share with them; and, once they're recorded, your home's purchase or sale price and the amount and status of your cash back. They never see your agent's commission, any referral or other fee, your loan, credit or income details, or your conversations with your agent. Because your cash back is 20% of your agent's commission, your organization can work out the commission from the cash back amount.
Prefer to keep your move private? Register on your own instead (10% cash back rather than 20%).
How it works
- 1Register with your work email before you contact an agent. We recognize your organization automatically.
- 2Confirm your email from the link we send to that inbox.
- 3Meet your partner agent. We introduce them by email.
- 4Get your cash back, usually as a credit on your closing statement. If a credit isn't possible, Pointe Advantage pays you by check after closing, where your lender and state law allow it.
Who can register
Through a partner organization’s program, the 20% is available to employees, members and alumni of the organization, its retirees and new hires before their start date, and the spouse or domestic partner, parents and adult children of any of those people. No organization email? If you’re a member, alum, retiree or new hire who hasn’t started yet, or a family member covered by your organization’s program (a spouse or domestic partner, parent or adult child), email info@pointeadvantage.com and we’ll confirm your eligibility another way.
