These placeholder terms describe how Pointe Advantage operates its website and rebate referral program while our full Terms of Service are being finalized with counsel. The final terms will replace this page shortly.
Pointe Advantage is a real estate rebate referral network. We connect homebuyers, sellers, employers, and agents, and facilitate compliant cash-back rebates through licensed brokerage partners. We are not a brokerage ourselves; each transaction is handled by the licensed partner matched to your engagement.
Program participation is subject to state real estate law and the individual policies of our brokerage partners. Rebates are not available in every state; see the disclosures on our marketing pages for the current list of excluded states.
You agree to use this site for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information when you register or submit an intake form, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the platform. We may suspend access for conduct that harms other users or the program.
The site and program are provided as-is. While we work hard to keep information accurate and the platform reliable, we do not guarantee that every detail on every page is current, nor that access will be uninterrupted.
We will update these placeholder terms when the formal Terms of Service are published, and will update the "last updated" date above when we do.
